We noticed that the last update to Google Chrome is causing a problem for some users when they try to create appointments or change existing ones. The new version of Chrome that is suspected is Version 120.0.6099.217 running on Windows 10 or 11
If you are having problems creating or modifying appointments here is some information that might help.
Scenario
You are trying to create an appointment the the SAVE button doesn't work or the orange progress bar won't stop. The appointment isn't created.
Do This
1. Make sure all of the updates are done for both Windows and Google Chrome. You need to be running the latest versions.
2. In Google Chrome, go to Settings by clicking on the 3 vertically stack dots in the upper right corner of your browser.
Click on the the Settings menu option just above the Exit option.
3. At the bottom of the Settings page (left side) click on Reset Settings.
4. Click on the arrow as shown to get to the screen below:
5. Click on the blue Reset settings button.
6. When the reset process ends, login to TherapyMate and try creating a new appointment.
