You can add existing or potential new clients to a waiting list by clicking on +Waiting List in the Actions Menu on the Dashboard.

The wait list window will appear so you can select an existing client or specify a new potential client.
Here are the steps:
- Select the clinician as appropriate.
- To add an existing client, look for them in the "Select existing client" drop down.
- To add a potentially new client enter their name in the "New Patient" box and skip item #2
- Enter the client's phone number.
- Enter any comments that might be required.
- Click the Save button when done.

The patient will now be added to your waiting list. Any time you wish to view your waiting list, just click on +Waiting List again.
If the client is new and you want to start a client chart, click on the + button.
You can complete the client information page, configure the client's billing settings and schedule the client for an appointment.
