The Dashboard is like your Home screen in TherapyMate.
At the top of the Dashboard you can navigate to your Client list, do Billing, track your Income, keep track of your practice Expenses, store practice Docs, look at clinician Reports and send secure Messages to your clients.
You can schedule and manage your client appointments. There are different calendar views for day, week, month and staff views. You can create Calendar Events to block out times on your schedule for other activities like lunches, conferences, or catching up on notes.
On a client's appointment you can see the following:
- What time the client is coming
- The service that is scheduled
- Whether the client has insurance or is private pay
- If the client has a credit card on file in the system
- The patient and insurance balances
- The location where your services will occur
- Reminders to do notes, treatment plans and manage EAP authorizations.
On the right hand side of the Dashboard there is a list of Action items for adding appointments, new client charts, checking insurance eligibility, looking at a client's future appointments, adding a group, creating a session note, taking payments, managing your waiting list and more.
If there are multiple staff members in the Practice the System Admin, Clinical Director and Scheduler can change calendar views for each clinician to help manage them.
There is also a task list at the bottom of the page to remind you of various activities that need to be completed. These reminders are customizable.
