Documents & Questionnaires can be printed to paper by the Systems Administrator for the Practice so clinicians can give them to clients to fill out manually when needed. This article will show you how to do just that.
Step 1
Go to your main settings page and scroll down to Client Portal Settings and click on link
Step 2
Scroll down the Client Portal Settings page and click on Edit Documents & Questionnaires in the Pre-Admission Documents & Questionnaires section.
Step 3
Click on a document you wish to print. In this example we are clicking on the Insurance Information template.
Step 4
Click on the printer icon as shown below:
Step 5
Proceed with printing the document to your designated printer.
Repeat the process for any other documents & questionnaires you need printed to paper.
