TherapyMate provides a list of common note templates that can be used to document activities with clients.
If a note template appears in the Create-a-Note dropdown that you would like to hide, there is a Clinician setting called Note Visibility. Each clinician has their own Note Visibility settings.
Click on this settings link and on the next page you can turn on/off any of the notes that appear in the Create-a-Note dropdown.
When a note template is turned off it will no longer appear in the Create-a-Note dropdown.
