If you wish to cancel your subscription to TherapyMate please following the instructions below.
1. First, export your Client and Practice Information using the following instructions:

2. Second, notify us that you wish to cancel your subscription. To do this the System Administrator goes to their main settings page by clicking on their name in the upper right corner of the Dashboard. Choose Settings from the drop down.
3. Scroll down the settings page to the bottom and click on the link called TherapyMate Subscription.
3. On the TherapyMate Subscription page click on Cancel Subscription.
4. The following window will appear on your screen:
Click No to cancel and provide a reason why your canceling.
Read the message carefully.
If you cancel your subscription, it is your responsibility to download and export the data that is stored in your subscription to your local storage device or cloud hosting provider. You must do this before cancelling your subscription.
When you notify us to cancel your subscription, we will delete all of the data in your subscription from our servers within 24 hours, making it impossible to access any and all practice data for all clients and staff members. The data that is deleted will be irretrievable.
Click the last check box indicating that you have downloaded, exported and checked to make sure you have all of your Practice data.
Then click Submit.
5. Your request will be sent to TherapyMate via email.
6. We will notify you that we received your request via email and will delete your subscription within 24 hours.
