The audit feature will allow you to see who changed client data, practice data and other settings in the past 90 days. Only System Admins who have access to the Practice Settings can view the audit logs.
At the bottom of the Practice Settings is an option called "Audits".
You can view your audit logs by clicking on this settings link.
Here are some examples of things your might be able to view in the audit logs:
Changes to a client's billing settings
Who uploaded or deleted notes and documents
Who downloaded notes and documents
Who made changes to a client's demographic page
Who make changes to invoices
Who entered or changed payments (patient and/or Insurance)
Who entered Billing Notes
Who entered or changed Alert Messages
Who sent client portal invitations and additonal document requests
Who sent a telehealth invitation
Who sent custom notes to a client via the client portal (like treatment plans, good faith estimates, etc.)
Who produced any of the client statements (Superbills, Open Balance and Forward Balance Statements.
Who sent Messages
Changes to a clinician's settings
Changes to the Practice settings
Staff changes including permissions
There are various ways to organize or sort your list. Each column that is underlined can by sorted by clicking on it. For example: Change Type, Changed By, Action, Changed At)
Clicking on the link under the Change Type will take you the specific item that was changed and clicking on the History link will show you the history that occurred for that item.
