You can use headphones when you are conducting a Telehealth session and Clinical Notes AI. Here are the settings changes you need to make.
- Open a session note and click on the Clinical Notes AI icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click on the round circle to change the default Audio Input.
3. Select the audio input device from the drop down. Now your computer will use that audio source.
4. If the session is scheduled as a Telehealth session, you may need to check the box next to Using Telehealth + Headphones?
When you check the box, your computer may present the following dialog box.
Click the second tab over called Windows and then click on your TherapyMate window. Then click the Share button. This will ensure that your audio and the client's audio will be picked up for AI to hear both of you.
PLEASE NOTE-Changing your audio source will only make it the default for that session. It will revert to your computers internal microphone for the next session.
