A practice has two options to pay for their subscription each month.
- Credit/Debit Card
- ACH Bank Transfer
Here are the instructions for selecting one of these two options.
1. Login to TherapyMate and navigate to your main Settings page by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner of the Dashboard and choosing Settings from the drop down.
2. In the Practice Settings area in the lower portion of the settings page, Click on TherapyMate Subscription as shown above.
3. Click on "Manage Subscription Payment Methods" shown below;
4. You will see the two options on the following page.
- Choose Add a Bank Account to have your subscription payments deducted automatically from your account each month
or
- Choose Add Card to have your subscription payments charged against the card on file. If you have a card on file, there is an option to update by clicking on the edit icon. Typically you would use this to update the expiration date and/or CVV number. If the card number has changed, use the +Add Card button to add an entirely new card.
5. Choose whichever method you prefer and fill out the form when it appears after clicking on one of the Add buttons.

Search for your bank or select the banks icon if present. Follow the instructions that you see after finding your bank.
