We recommend granting TherapyMate Full Access to your Claim.MD account.
Giving TherapyMate full access will help us troubleshoot billing issues with you when they occur.
Here are instructions to grant access.
- Login to your Claim.MD account
- Click on Settings on the left menu bar
3. Click on the Vendor Settings tab.
4. On the Vendor Settings tab, make sure TherapyMate is the Vendor. Click the Vendor Access drop down and grant Full Access. Be sure to click the Save Vendor Settings button when done.
If the vendor name is not showing TherapyMate, contact Claim.MD to get your account updated.
5. Connecting Claim.MD to TherapyMate requires the Practice System Administrator to add an API Key to the Practice settings. The API Key can be obtained from the Account Settings in Claim.MD.
- Copy the API Key from Claim.MD.
- System Administrator logs into TherapyMate and got to the main settings page by click on their name in the upper right corner of their Dashboard.
- Under the Practice Settings area, click on Partner Integrations
- Paste the API Key in the Direct Clearinghouse Account Key box
- Check the checkbox called Direct Clearinghouse Enabled?
- Click Update when done.
Your TherapyMate subscription is now connected to Claim.MD.
If is very important at this point to complete your Provider Enrollments in Claim.MD before you submit any claims. Contact Claim.MD for assistance if needed.
