If you disconnect your existing Stripe account and connect TherapyMate to a new Stripe account, all of the credit card information that is visible for all of your client charts will disappear.
The patient's credit card information is stored in Stripe with the associated account. If you change to a new account, the Client's credit card information will not transfer. The credit card information must be obtained from the client again and re-entered.
To prevent this, try contacting Stripe and change the owner of the account and banking details.
