You can create and upload clearinghouse batch files that are compatible with TriZetto.
New Trizetto Account
Contact Trizetto to get a Site ID and account that is configured for TherapyMate batch file uploads.

Contact Trizetto for a PMS change and obtain a new Site ID so you can upload TherapyMate batch files.

Configure TherapyMate
Enter the Clearinghouse ID and Interchange ID Qualifier information for TriZetto.
The System Admin for the Practice needs to add this information to each clinician's settings page. Near the bottom of each clinician page is a menu option called Clinician Practice Information.

Set the Interchange ID Qualifier to "Mutually defined".
Set the Clearinghouse ID to 998888888
This completes the set-up for TriZetto.
