Please review the following new features, updates and bug fixes that have been implemented in TherapyMate. New items will be added to this list during the fall season so check back every couple of weeks.
- Virtual insurance card payments for secondaries that are manually entered on the Insurance Payments page will now remove the patient charge if the secondary payment matches the patient charge that was created by the primary insurance provider when it posted to the invoice. This will eliminate the need to remove that patient charge manually or as an extra step.
- A new column has been added to the Insurance Payment Report that will show the payment number. There is also a new search box you can use to find a specific item on the report.
- A behaviors indicator table has been added to the client portion of a Group Note.
- Sending automatic Telehealth invitation emails to partners has been fixed. You can also include or exclude either partner from getting the invitations. CLICK HERE for more information.
- The Provider ID field in Box 31 for an insurance claim now has a setting on the Insurance Provider's settings page. This box is sometimes required for Medicaid claims.
- Improvements to the Missed Appointment Note template and client email notifications has been implements. CLICK HERE for more information.
- Updated the Active Client table on the TherapyMate Subscription page to more accurately display how the number of active clients is calculated. The additional information will help Practices owners identify where all active clients are located so they can manage their subscription level better.
- SMS text messages can now be sent to clients when additional documents & questionnaires and when TherapyMate Messages sent. There is a new client portal setting to enable this feature.
