Here is a list of recently added features or updates to existing features.
1. Messages
- More message sorting options
- Messages appear by the most recent date by default
- Messages can be Un-archived
- Messages can be marked Unread
- If a client responds to an archived message it puts the message in the Unread tab
- A clinician can get an email alerting them that they have unread messages
- A message can be converted to a Contact Note
- Message can automatically incorporate a custom clinician signature
- You can select and change the status of multiple messages at the same time. (for example, multiple messages to archive them)
- Added a clinician filter for all tabs.

2. Text Appointment Reminders
- Changed service providers to improve deliverability
- Asking a client for their cell phone carrier is no longer required or needed
- Clinicians can check the delivery status of text appointment reminders for each client on the client's information page.

3. Uploading Externally Created Session Notes
It is now possible to upload client notes that were created outside of TherapyMate and add them to the client's Notes section on the Notes and Documents tab in a client's chart. While we encourage you to create your notes within the system, it is possible to use this feature to keep externally created notes in TherapyMate.

4. Telehealth Closed Capture
Closed Capture or Text Subtitles can be turned on to help hearing impaired individuals to read the conversation in a text window during the Telehealth session.

5. Client Portal
- Added an on/off switch to allow or not allow client's to upload a copy of their insurance card. Practices who are private pay only would want this option turned off.
- Added on/off switches to allow or not allow a client to complete their client profile and/or demographic pages when they first login to the client portal.
- Fixed a bug related to a Partner completing their demographic page.
- Fixed a bug that would lock a client's demographic page before they were able to complete it.

There are two methods available for Online Appointment Booking now. A client can schedule their appointments without the clinician's approval or they can make a request for an appointment that requires the clinician's approval.
- A client can find their own username or reset their password from your client portal login page.
