Closed Capture or what we call Subtitles can be turned on to help hearing impaired individuals to see and read the conversation in a text window during a Telehealth session.
If is turned off by default. To turn on this feature during a call, click on the three little dots on the bottom of the screen shown below.
When the menu appears, select Subtitles, select English if that is preferred, to toggle it on. When the language is selected the window will close automatically and Subtitles will be turned on for the current session.
