Monthly Usage Fee
The monthly fee to use the Telehealth feature is $10.00 per month, per clinician. Clinicians can use this feature as little or as much as they want. There is no limit to the number of sessions that can occur in a month.
Enabling Clinicians to Use Telehealth
The System Administrator for the Practice can turn on or off the Telehealth feature for individual clinicians. By default the feature is turned off for all clinicians.
To turn on or off the clinicians within the Practice, the System Administrator must go to their main Settings page and click on Manage Telehealth Clinicians (see below).

On the next page the System Administrator will see a list of the clinicians in the Practice. Move the slider switch to the right if you want to enable a clinician to use the Telehealth feature. Click Update to save the changes.

When the changes have been updated and saved, the practice will be charged the monthly fee for the newly enabled clinician(s) immediately. If a clinician is turned on by the Practice in the middle of the billing cycle the charges will be prorated for the days remaining in the given month. If a clinician is turned off by the Practice prior to the end of the billing cycle no credit will be issued for unused days.
The normal billing cycle is the first of each month and will appear as a separate charge in addition to the monthly subscription fee. The monthly subscription fee will remain on it's current schedule.
Clinicians in a Practice who remain "on" from month to month will be billed all together in one combined monthly charge instead of individually each month.
